About Us

Wyatt Roberts
Wyatt Roberts
President and CEO

As developers go, Wyatt Roberts is a rare breed: he's a political conservative, committed Christian, dedicated husband, father of five, musician and songwriter, graphic artist and computer programmer.

Small Town Roots
Hailing from the tech mecca of Florence, Mississippi, Roberts began honing his programming skills back in 1992, when he was hired by the American Family Association of Texas to help manage their fund-raising database.

Diamond Shamrock and Disney
Three years later, Roberts was promoted to the position of Executive Director of the Texas AFA, when he spearheaded a successful campaign to remove all pornographic magazines from 1,300+ Diamond Shamrock and Stop-N-Go convenience stores and persuaded the Texas Board of Education to divest itself of $47 million of Disney stock.

Political Consulting
Recognized by Texas Monthly as one of the most prominent conservatives in Texas politics in the mid-90s, Roberts joined Winning Strategies, a political consulting firm based in Canton, Texas in 1998 where he helped manage the company's database of 8 million registered voters, produced television and radio commercials, brochures and direct mail.

Combined Group
Roberts left Winning Strategies and, in 1998, went to work for Combined Group, an insurance company in Dallas, Texas. It was during his time at Combined that Roberts developed the "X-Bridge" programming model, which allows interviews to be conducted across multiple carriers and lines of business. This innovative technology remains a core component of the company's internet strategy today.

Zunch Communications
In 2004, Roberts joined Zunch Communications, a leading search engine optimization company in Dallas, Texas as a senior developer where he helped build web sites for Fastsigns.Com, CorrectProducts.Com as well as design front-end tools and server-side components for managing the company's Content Management System (CMS).

Wyattopia.Com
Roberts left Zunch in November of 2005 to form his own company, Wyattopia Web Services, Inc., which offers a full range of internet, development and graphic design services. With a .NET-based CMS due for release soon, the deployment of two web sites in the first quarter of 2006 and more in the works, plus a growing client list, Roberts is optimistic about the future.

"I really believe the breadth of experience we've got here is something that is unique for a company of our size," Roberts pauses. "Wait...maybe that should be 'a company of my size.' I'll have to run that one by my ombudsman. Oh, wait. That's me." Of course, he's joking. Today, he's the company's lone employee. "Besides," he adds, "I've got a lot of mouths to feed --  so I'm highly motivated."

Sounds like a recipe for success.
